Post Communion Prayer
Lord of the harvest, with joy we have offered thanksgiving for your love in creation
and have shared in the bread and the wine of the kingdom:
by your grace plant within us a reverence for all that you give us
and make us generous and wise stewards of the good things we enjoy;
through Jesus Christ our Lord. AMEN.

Ordination Last Sunday evening’s service at which Stephen Parratt was ordained to the Transitional Diaconate was a very spirit-filled occasion. There are spare copies of the Order of Service at the back of the church and a video recording is also available courtesy of Paul Hindle from St Cyprian’s Lenzie. For more details speak to Robin. Stephen starts his attachment to All Saints’ Bearsden next week.

Please speak to Robin. If you plan to attend the service please help with the planning of catering afterwards by signing up on the sheet at the bottom of the stairs.
Remembrance Sunday Other Milngavie churches are changing their service times so people can attend the Community Remembrance at the village War Memorial at 11am. Please let Tim or Helen know your views on the idea of changing St Andrew’s service time on 8th November to 9.30am for this purpose.
