A wonderful Christmas meal was enjoyed by over forty of our members and friends on Saturday when Clare and her team produced three courses of sheer deliciousness, including Mary’s homemade mince pies. Caroline did not disappoint with this year’s quiz, and the winning table, overcome with Christmas spirit, generously shared their prize with everyone. Many thanks to Clare and her team of happy helpers!
Please join us on Christmas Eve for our Carol Service at 5pm, when popular carols will be sung together with the addition of Vaughan Williams’ distinctive arrangement of The Truth from Above, and O Holy Night sung in three parts by a small vocal group, all interspersed with traditional readings.
There will be no said Eucharist on Boxing Day, but on Christmas morning, do come along to our 10am communion service, and celebrate the Nativity with us.
