The craft group welcomed new faces on Saturday, who visited the hall to observe and sample our activities as part of Milngavie Week’s Dorcas open day. The church itself was also open as a quiet space, with areas set up for prayer and reflection.

Melting wax crayons onto hot stones is a mesmerising activity and it didn’t matter if we didn’t like the result as the process was so absorbing and meditative.
